Frequently Asked Questions

  • In response to the Wuhan virus, our policy requires that you notify us if you have traveled outside the continental US in the last month, or if you have a fever or flu-like symptoms. We will move your enrollment to another date at no charge. We will also be sanitizing the clickers daily. Facemasks are optional, but we will not be wearing them as presenters.
  • Minnesota passed a mandate in 2013 requiring 8 hours of continuing education per year for all licensed plumbers. License renewal is every 2 years, and for each renewal, plumbers must have at least 8 hours of code review and the remaining 8 hours may be either code review or technical/other. All plumbers, including restricted plumbers, MUST have 16 hours of continuing education (CE) by December 31 of their renewal cycle. Masters renew on even years, and journeymen renew on odd years. Registered unlicensed plumbers (what we often call apprentices) are now required to have 2 hours of code review before their annual renewal in June.
  • Our classes run from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; lunch is provided. Please arrive 20-30 minutes early to sign in.
  • Master, Journeyman, and Restricted licenses do not require different classes; all classes fulfill requirements for all plumbers.
  • You should ALWAYS verify that any CE classes you are thinking of taking are approved by the state! Please call 651-284-5814 and verify us by our sponsor name (Anastasis, Inc.).
  • Custom sessions for individual shops are available. You can click on Contact at the top of the page and email us, or call Scott at 701-238-9816 for details.
  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your enrollment, you will need to notify us prior to the start of class. You can do this by calling Scott at 701-238-9816 or Ruth at 701-238-4245; If we are unable to answer, please leave a voicemail. You may enroll in another training session within 3 months with no extra charges applied. If you require a refund, this will be credited back to the credit card used to pay for the class and there will be a 10% processing fee. We will require the last 4 digits of the card number to complete the transaction.
  • Certificates of attendance are handed out at the end of each day. If you request a duplicate copy, there is a $20 charge per certificate.
