  • If you have any questions at all about whether you are able to take a certain course, please call Ruth at 701-238-4245. You can only take each course once every 2 years.
  • You must have access to a printer so that you can print out the Learning Points document.
  • The minimum computer requirements for these courses is Windows 7 or OS X 10.15 Catalina.
  • Your personal information will NEVER be sold or shared with anyone outside of My Plumbing Training aside from presenting your license number to your state for CE credit.
  • Each course will be available to you for 3 months after purchase.
  • Every CE course available is state approved and current.
  • There are no pre-requisites for any course. They may be taken in any order at any time.
  • When you finish the course and the survey, you will see a copy of your certificate. You will also receive a copy of this certificate in your email.
  • You do not need to send your certificate to the state. We take care of reporting your CE hours.
  • Any and all occurrences of cheating or misrepresenting an identity will result is expulsion from the course and a permanent ban from the website.
  • If you have paid for the course but decide you no longer wish to take the course, we will refund the amount of the course fee minus a 10% electronic transaction fee provided no course content was viewed.
